Ano ang difference ng "Download," "Deluxe” at "Web Games"
"Deluxe" ay ang downloadable version ng isang game na pwedeng i-install sa iyong computer. Pwede ring i-install ang “Download” game.
Kailangan ng internet connection para mag download o mag purchase ng game. Hindi na kailangan ng internet connection para maglaro ng purchased na game.
”Web Games” ay ang mga free versions ng mga games which you can play in your internet browser. You don’t need to install anything to play a web version.
Ano ang System Requirements ng full version Kapamilya Games?
Magkakaiba ang “System Requirements ng bawat Kapamilya Games. Makikita ang "System Requirements" sa mga game page. Ang installer ng Kapamilya Games ay 5 to 35 MB.

Paano mag-register/unlock/purchase ng Kapamilya Game?
When you download a game from our site, you receive either a Timed Trial or "Level Locked" version of the game. This allows you to try the within an hour trial or up to the first 3 levels of a game and decide if you would like to purchase the full version of the game.

5. Return to your game to verify it is unlocked.
6. Click "Continue" to play!

Hindi na po kailangang i-unlock ang game as long as you don’t reinstall the game in another PC.

Bakit hindi gumagana ang Web Games sa Internet Browser ko?
Note: Online games are free games and only playable over the Internet.
May mga components na dapat naka-install sa inyong Internet Browser para gumana ang Web Games (ActiveX, Flash Player and Java). Hindi na kailangan ng components ang mga full versions ng Kapamilya Games.
Maaari ring naka-block ang Web Games sa firewalls and virus scanners ng inyong PC. I-add ang Kapamilya Games website sa list of "Safe" or "Trusted" sites ng inyong browser, firewall and virus scanners. Please refer to your software's help articles regarding adding safe/trusted sites.

E. Troubleshooting Tips for Your PC
Game crash or freeze?
Try these following steps:
1- Uninstall and re-install your game.
2- Close other programs when running the game.
3 - Update Your Video Card Drivers.
4 - Update Your Sound Card Drivers.
5 - Update your DirectX. .DirectX is a set of drivers from Microsoft that controls the sound and video displays on your computer.
Experiencing a graphics or video problems while playing?
1. Update your video card drivers. Refer to the manufacturers user manual or website for updating process.
